Who is Phil Gallagher?I thoroughly enjoy helping people initiate and explore significant relationships and connections with others.
My speaking style is less of a lecturer and more of a storyteller who is able to connect with audiences of all ages. I consider myself a growing artist who is able to weave threads both ancient and contemporary, creating an inclusive space for both the inquisitive and deeply rooted. For me, it's all about crafting group spiritual formation that is sincere, inventive and revelatory for people at every stage of faith. So I tell stories that are grounded in our common human experience. These types of stories connect on a gut level with our deep, underlying questions about meaning, purpose and identity. Others refer to my teaching as a catalyst for restoration through which I consistently nudge listeners to realize their giftedness and potential to be fully human and fully alive... to become whole people. For 15 years, my wife & I directed a comprehensive para-church ministry that creatively communicated God's love to students and families with little to no church background. In addition, I helped cultivate the vision and ministries of an intentional faith community in Breckenridge, Colorado. Now I am a spiritual storyteller and enjoy giving my words as gifts so that people can feel the depth and meaning of life's most sacred and ordinary moments. I am happily married to my wife of 22 years, Anne, and can't get enough of my three sons, Silas, Lincoln, & Tate. Music, technology, culture, theology and movies are a few of my many passions. And I hope to eventually write a book. |
