You've felt there's MORE to life... because there is.
Don't spend the majority of your life skimming the surface.
Adventure INWARD and Embrace your WHOLE story.
Most often we focus on the top few layers
of life and ourselves. We shower and brush our teeth. We eat, work out, and consume media. We go to school, to work and to bed. We pay attention to the exterior parts of our lives, the ones we almost can't ignore. If we only direct time and energy to our exteriors,
we neglect the deeper dimensions of ourselves. We live an incomplete story that is cut off from our depths, feeling disconnected from any sort of meaning. At MTL, we focus on our interiors to bring balance and WHOLEness to our lives. MTL is an intentional space to rediscover the meaning and depth of life's ordinary moments, and to be encouraged to purse the connections that matter most - with others and within ourselves.

"More To Life is so much bigger than the idea of inspirational talks.
It is a community built on people wanting to live good lives while sharing their goodness with others.
There are stories that can make you laugh and stories that can make you cry- yet you can always take the talk for what it is worth.
On days you don’t want to socialize, you can pull up a seat in the back and get some food for thought and be on your merry way.
On days when you need a hug or a sincere hello - you can choose to be more involved and you are welcomed with open arms.
I love and respect the environment that Anne & Phil have created - you can come as you are and be present in that space and time."
